1. What products do you sell on jagermario.com?
I sell a variety of merchandise inspired by my TikTok and Instagram content. You can find t-shirts, hoodies, and other fun items featuring my signature style and humorous catchphrases. Everything is designed to give you a little bit of "JagerMario" magic!
2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just browse the shop section, choose the products you like, select your size or preferred color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready to check out, head to your cart, fill in your shipping details, and complete your payment. It's that easy!
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship my merch worldwide! Whether you're in Europe, the US, or anywhere else, I’ve got you covered. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 7-14 days. International orders may take a bit longer due to customs processing.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your order online and see when it will arrive at your doorstep!
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted. Please double-check your cart and details before confirming your purchase.
7. What if my order is damaged or missing items?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately at customer@jagermario.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as soon as possible!
8. How do I know what size to choose?
Each product page has a size guide to help you pick the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking the guide carefully or ordering a size up for a more relaxed fit.
9. Can I return or exchange my items?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise unless it is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue, and we'll be happy to assist you.
